What is Tension?


Tension is a mother of all diseases. It is very dangerous to your health. to reduce your tension we have followin tips.

1.    Be organized. do all your work in an organizedway or not in hap hazard way.
2.    Losses are natural things. Before starting a bussiness think about the maximum loss, and if you think you can bear this then start.
3.    Be active and be social. donot think more about your own problem . Think to resolve the issues of        
people.
4.    Eat carefully. Don't eat more than the capacity.
5.    Be happy.

Believe me tension is a more dangerous things. Most of the diseases are caused by tension. you can bear any loss, but if you loss your health then you will have nothing.
