Health Tips.

Health is very important in human life. If we care about our health we can live long.  Every part of body should work properly for good health. Health also effect on personality. A healthy man can do every thing in a good manner. Here we will discuss how to maintain good health because Health is Wealth. Care your teeth.

Teeth are very important in your personality. When you smile you looks good if your teeth
are clean and shining

Care about hair.

Your hair style should be match with your personality. Hair loss can damage you personality
Don't use so many chemicals to your hairs.You can use natural oils for their growth and safety.

Care about nails.

You nails should be properly shaped. Actually nails will show the beauty of your hands and foot.

Care about your Face.

Face is very much important in your beauty. Take care about it. You face should look soft and fresh

Your dress should be clean. Use color according to your choice and according to Fashion and season.Look clean every time. You should take a bath every morning.

You should care about your food. Don't eat too oily food.Don't eat too much.  It will increase your wait and you look lazy.Drink more water because it is helpful specially for your kidney.

Care about your weight.

Your weight should be according to your age. You should check you weight regularly. If there is any increase then you shuld take necessary steps to reduce your weigh. Over weight people not only looks lazy but the can suffer many dieseases due to over weight.

Think always positive.

Be energetic and think always positive. Do some charity work. Help people. Share your happiness an sarrow  with the friends and family. Be cooperative to others and be helpful to needy.Speak soft and be social.
